Way Kambas is a national park and also as an elephant training center located in Lampung province, Indonesia. It takes around 3 hours from Bandar Lampung by car. This national park is covering around 1.300 squares kilometers in the north east part of Lampung.  It is not only elephant we can see there but also pigs, rhinoceros, deers and some species of monkeys.

As the elephant training center, Way Kambas provides some cottages for the workers as animal tamer. They live and stay there every time and their job is try to "educate"the elephants in addition to help people or farmers because sometimes local farmer get conflict with the wild elephants. So the trained elephant is the solution to direct wild elephant to leave the farmer area.

Butterfly is a kind of insect which is liked by many people especially women. This insect has special wings which show some colors and shape. This is the main reason why many people like butterfly. In Bandar Lampung, Sumatra, Indonesia, we have a butterfly park which becomes the second biggest  butterfly park in Indonesia. This park is located at Betung mount, Tanjung Gedong village, Bandar Lampung. We call this park as Butterfly Park Gita Persada. The owner also tries to breed some species of butterfly. We can see the process in the cage which is located in the middle of the park. This butterfly park can be one of options for you or your family to visit. We can share some informations about butterfly to our children. This park also have some facilities like swinger, glider, cottage, butterfly museum, bamboo house, bamboo bridge and souvenirs about butterfly. You can also order some meals like noodle, fried rice, coffee, iced tea etc. In the cottage, there is bungalow so we can spend our time there to enjoy the situation and nature. You also can see some butterfly are flying and get closer to you.  In the museum, we can see some information about the butterfly and some decoration made from butterfly. This is a mini museum actually but give some great informations about butterfly. You will see some souvenirs which has relation with butterfly. Its like an art house. Sometime, some communities come and conduct gathering in this park.The best month to visit this park is between March to June because its the highest breeding time. You can also explore this park by visiting the bamboo tree or see the swinger or bamboo bridge. see this unique beach
